Sunday Loving Mantras

Here are a few of my favorite Mantras I tell myself to start my week.

Every week I go into my planner and write a little note, or mantra, for myself that will get me through the next seven days.  I started doing similar things like this about three or four years ago when I started to realize that my life needed a drastic change.  I was definitely going through a lot at that time and I can say that was when my journey began.  A friend gave me a tiny Little Mermaid white board for my birthday, that I posted by my bedroom door.  Every night, before I went to bed, I would write something on it.  Most nights it was about something I did that day that didn't work out for me and how I can change it, so the next day would be better.  Other times it would just be about certain things with my attitude that I needed to work on and new phrases to focus on.  My friends began to notice and even asked if I could send them text messages of what I put on my board every day (which was the start of me wanting to write a blog) to help them get through everyday life.  So, here is a few of my own personal mantras/phrases that I've came up with and used over the years.  Now they aren't the best examples of what to use, but they definitely helped me, and I hope they can help you too!

  1. Cry once. That's all the situation need, is one good cry.

  2. Try! That's all you have to do. Give up the procrastination and be productive.

  3. Get on your shit!

  4. Enjoy the moment and don't stress on your future.

  5. Don't be hard on yourself if things don't get done, be happy that you are still pushing Queen.

  6. You are a Queen. You are bomb. You can do anything you set your mind too!

  7. Do not be afraid or nervous, be BOLD!!!

  8. Look at how far you have come. All the crying, praying, and goals you set out to do. All those days of feeling like you would never get out, all those days of wanting to give up. Look at where you are now. You did it baby girl, those days are over!

  9. You are so amazing . You deserve all the acknowledgement, my Queen.

  10. This is your week. Whatever doesn't work, don't dwell on it. Whatever turns out different, don't be upset about it. This is the week of amazing changes, so of course there will be some things that will try to take away from that, just don't let it!
